Never has a mechanic gone to so many lengths to make sure the customer is happy, I guess that comes from being as passionate about the car as I was. Any job I don’t fancy taking on during the life of my car will go over to Mr. Norris.

I have never known mechanics to be as thorough as them. It has to be done right and they are not happy until you as a customer are happy with what they have done.
