Harrogate MG Car Club – 2024 show at Pateley Bridge, Nidderdale – Sunday 5th August.
The weather was good and the turn out of cars was good too, but even better it was great to catch-up with so many lovely people throughout the day.
It’s a massive shame that the camping was spoilt by some stupid folk a few years ago, otherwise there would have been many more people to catch-up with, as it is such a good show in beautiful surroundings, with lots going on.
We had a couple of cars to sort, Rachael and Tony’s TF was having an issue, which is still to be resolved. Patrick’s MGF had sprung a slight leak, this was duly resolved for him.
We stayed over with our friends Maggy, Phil & Peppa dog (well done to her with awards in her classes in the dog show) in a quaint self-catering house on the high street, sadly not joined by our pals from South Wales, Jan & Andy, as their puss Poppy was unwell.
Once we know the date of the show for 2025 we’ll publish it on here, as it’s really worth going to and needs continued support before it, like so many other shows, will cease to exist.
