“Never has a mechanic gone to so many lengths to make sure the customer is happy, I guess that comes from being as passionate about the car as I was.
What was originally just a belt change ended up being a full C service as I continually changed the goal posts, mainly due to the rain dampening my own enthusiasm for doing the messy jobs! Full credit to Mr. Norris for soldiering on like a slightly mental trooper through the downpours and for using one of his own oil filters as to not contaminate my new one during the flushing.
Any job I don’t fancy taking on during the life of my car will go over to Mr. Norris, partly because I am determined to see what’s under the baseball cap but also as I know in a round about way, the money I pay will be beneficial to the strong MGF / TF community that drives us all to treat our cars as more than just a vehicle.”

“What can I say about these two people? Well let me start with this….
I have never known mechanics to be as thorough as them. It has to be done right and they are not happy until you as a customer are happy with what they have done.
I have utilised Jon and Claire’s skills frequently to fix a wide range of issues, including from HGF, new clutch, new bottom end, making up his own fog light wiring. In fact you name it they have probably done it on our vehicles.
Between me and the mrs we own a number of rare monogram TF’s which have all been given a kick start back into life by these two fantastic people. I would totally recommend the the quality, efficiency and pricing of their work. Brilliant knowledgeable MG mechanics.”
